  2. Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Damaged, altered, or used items (excluding defects in materials or workmanship) will not be accepted.

  3. Eligible Items: Most non-food household goods (e.g., storage solutions, home decor, cleaning supplies, kitchen gadgets, linens, DIY tools) are eligible for return/exchange. Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Send us an email to info@jmyonline.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]". In the email, please include:

  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • The name and SKU of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange

  • A clear reason for the return/exchange (e.g., defective item, wrong size/color, changed mind)

  • For exchanges: The specific item/option you wish to exchange for (subject to stock availability)

Step 2: Receive Confirmation & Return Instructions

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-3 business days and send you a confirmation email with:

  • A unique Return Authorization (RA) number (required for all returns/exchanges)

  • Detailed shipping instructions, including the designated return address

  • Notes on packaging requirements to ensure safe delivery

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  1. Package the eligible item(s) securely in the original packaging (or a sturdy alternative) and attach the RA number clearly to the outside of the package.
